Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To maintain a fair and efficient scheduling system, we have the following cancellation policy:
- Notice Period: 48 hours notice required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Fees: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 50% fee of the total booking amount.
- Exception: We may waive fees in extreme circumstances, such as severe weather or family emergencies, at our discretion.
- Communication: Cancellations must be made via phone (0400 405 186) or email to serenecleanteam@protonmail.com.
